Instrumental monitoring of electric fields into the atmosphere operated continuously for long-term in Central Italy. After ten years since of the Central Italy Electromagnetic Network started a large number of electrical phenomena were recorded. Specifically, electric oscillations in Extremely Low Frequency band with amplitudes of several $\mu$V/m were recorded at several stations of the network with strong earthquakes and thunderstorms. A model of charged clouds was able to describe the electric observations, making it possible to understand the possible origin of more exotic phenomena.
