The Geant4 Monte Carlo simulation toolkit was used to reproduce radiobiological parameters commonly used in the investigation of the in vitro behaviour of radioresistant breast adenocarcinoma (MDA-MB-231) cells line with clinical proton beam for clinical relevance. The experimental conditions were fully simulated and cell survival fractions were calculated by linking the simulations with analytical radiobiology models: Local Effect Model (LEM) and Microdosimetric Kinetic Model (MKM). Results were evaluated and compared with experimental data. The results demonstrated excellent agreement with experimental data for lower doses (0--6 Gy) and more.
