Nowadays, lasers are employed in the scientific research for accelerators and particle sources. They can generate particles, protons, ions, electrons, X-ray and $\gamma-ray$, by treated targets. In the future they can be used to accelerate charge particles in a small space providing new accelerators. In each of the above applications, laser beams create plasma, but its behaviour is different depending on the working regime. At low regime, the plasma expands transporting all the charge; at high regime, the plasma creates strong electric fields. By these devices it is possible to get new physics, new antibacterial materials, new antibiotics and small size medical machines.
